🖥️ Access the Issuer Dashboard

To access the issuer dashboard

1. Go to the Issuer Dashboard URL using any of the following browsers:
   • Google Chrome
   • Microsoft Edge
2. Enter the username and password.
3. Verify via email or SMS OTP.

Handy Tips

For the first time login, a temporary password is sent to the user’s registered email ID. They should reset the password.

👤➕ New User Registration

To register a new user:

1. Line managers should submit new user access forms to the Falcon system.
2. Once approved, Falcon Admin creates the account and sends credentials to users.
3. Role assignment (Admin Maker, Admin Checker, Support Maker, and Support Checker) is managed centrally.
