Replace Blocked Card

This API is used to replace a permanently blocked card. If the blocked card is a physical card, the replaced card will be delivered at the delivery address of the user. If you want to get it to a different address, please change the delivery address before invoking this API. Note: Channel statuses and spend limits will be reset for the replaced card to default.
