Add Physical Card

This API is used to link a pre-ordered non-personalized physical card to an existing user. This can be used to create an add-on physical card for a user. This API can also be used to link this new physical card with an existing GENERAL account of the user.
Prerequisite: Card can be linked even without user's KYC at the bank. But for card transaction, at least the Minimum KYC is required.
