Use this endpoint to replace a permanently blocked card for the same user (primary or supplementary/add-on). If the blocked card is a physical card, the replaced card will be delivered at the delivery address of the user. If you want to get it to a different address, please change the delivery address before polling this API.

Note:
Channel statuses and spend limits will be reset for the replaced card to default.
